This corporate wanted to find a way to get staff to buy in to a new IT management system. In 48 hours flat, Verve shifted the mood from wary to willing.
We developed a two-day event to allow managers, staff and suppliers of the SAP project to tackle change, face to face.
We helped senior managers loosen up with coffee-on-the-couch panel sessions. We worked with each manager to develop a presentation style that worked for them—letting them open up to staff on sensitive issues, while we managed the risk.
Meanwhile, our creative team came up with a light-hearted performance to help everyone deal with the issues.
The event allowed the customer and the supplier to work effectively together in a whole new way. The supplier’s verdict? “Best launch ever.”
