When earthquakes ripped apart the city of Christchurch in 2010 and 2011, insurer IAG turned to Verve.

We kept our heads and thought on our feet.  Despite the chaos, we commandeered space and resources to move a team into the stricken city.  We got everyone and everything to the right place, fast.

Within four days we had eight campervans on the road—set up and staffed as mobile claims centres. We branded them, fitted them out with technology and information, stocked them with water and supplies, negotiated places for them to park, and trained the teams to run them. 

With mobile community hubs, and effective crisis management, IAG got to its customers when they needed it the most.
