When the Ministry of Education needed to get competitors together to collaborate, it asked Verve to stake out the common ground.
Called in at the last minute to run the early childhood education event, we pulled hundreds of delegates together from around the country for a four-day hui.
We made sure everyone felt at home—for instance, by setting them up with toys they could use to help solve grown-up problems.
We broke down barriers with light-hearted interactive conference tools which allowed them to post questions, comments and ideas anonymously, and without disrupting the flow of presentations and debates.
And despite the short notice, we brought the whole event in under budget. By creating a comfortable, collegial environment, we helped the Ministry to build bridges and get results.
