We transformed it into a big-tick day on the capital city’s food and wine calendar—one that would sell out a year in advance.
We shifted it from an out-of-the-way venue into the heart of the city. We made sure six of Wellington’s top chefs could really turn up the heat in superior kitchens. And we kept things cool, overseeing the smooth production of 1,800 plates over five hours.
